If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Paddleboarder wants you satisfied with your order!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your merchandise, here’s our policy.
Returns & exchanges
- We offer free returns within 21 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
- All unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned for a store credit. Merchandise must be free of any perfume scents and makeup stains.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Any item returned in unsellable condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Sale and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return your merchandise:
- Email us@paddleboarder.com to request a return and describe the product and reason.
- To return your merchandise, ship your package back to the address we will provide. You are responsible for the shipping and handling fees of the returned item.
- Please include a copy of the invoice.
- We will process your return within 1-2 days of receipt and send you a store credit for the amount of your purchase (and taxes if applicable) or refund to the original payment method.
